Learning to roll properly and move with confidence is important to me. In regular group classes, there’s not enough focus on the finer details. In private sessions, I get the attention I need, especially because I want to understand the movements and techniques thoroughly. - Phuong
I really wanted private lessons because I want to learn more about Aikido and the basic movements—and someday earn my black belt! - Hannah
I really enjoy the private sessions. Especially because they offer more depth in the techniques and I can ask questions directly.
You can ask anything about the movements and techniques, and I see myself making fast progress in a short time.

These 1-on-1 sessions are designed for adults who spend a lot of time in their heads and long for more calm, physical relaxation and inner strength. Think of people who function well but feel they’ve lost touch with themselves along the way. These sessions are ideal for those who want to work on body awareness, resilience, focus and clarity, in a calm and personal way.
Group classes focus on traditional Aikido training and general development. In 1-on-1 coaching, you receive full personal attention. We tailor everything to your goals and pace, which often makes the impact immediately noticeable, physically, mentally and emotionally. No standard lessons, but truly customized support for your situation.
We begin with a short check-in and simple breathing exercises. Then we work with calm Aikido movements, without force or pressure. You’ll learn to recognize tension, release it, and stand strong, both physically and emotionally. No roleplay or analysis, just direct experience through movement. Coaching through Aikido helps you get out of your head and back into your body.
Not at all. This form of 1-on-1 coaching is designed as a low-threshold way to reconnect with yourself—through a calm, non-aggressive form of physical practice. Everything is adapted to your level, comfort and needs. You don’t need to “know” or “be able to do” anything beforehand.
You’ll feel more calm in your mind, more control over your body, and more space to respond clearly and confidently in tense situations. You’ll learn how to work with tension, instead of pushing it away or being overwhelmed by it. The effects are often subtle but deep: calm, strength, direction and trust.
This resilience training for adults strengthens not only your body, but also your self-confidence and emotional flexibility in everyday life.
